The great cake dilemma

We can't decide on a cake. Okay, we can't decide on a cake maker. We were going to use our local bakery, which makes very yummy cake, but they wouldn't make the cool shape I found. So through some friends we found a lady who makes cakes on the weekends, a little side business. She can do the cool shape, and her 'cake' is good, but the frosting and filling are not so great. So do we go with the bakery which makes awesome cake, but will only do round or square, or do we use the cake lady and have not as good tasting, but cool looking hexagon shaped cake? I know, it seems sooo trivial in the grand scheme of things, but seriously, we can't decided!

We are putting together some pictures for the reception, so if anyone has cute pics of George hiding on their computer let me know! We are finding as we look through picture albums that we tend to take a lot of pics without either one of us in it, just scenic stuff. Which is usually okay, but it's making it a little difficult to put together a slideshow of 'us'!

He's Back!!!!

Yay!!!!!!! Georgie is home safe, he had a great trip and I will try to get him to write something about it soon.

Fun with mice

The company I order the kittie soft paws from sends free mice toys with each order. I don't know what it is about these mice, but the cats LOVE them! So much so that the bite them and growl at each other and pack them away to another room so another kitty can't get it. Strider even hissed at Abby with one in his mouth! And I'm sorry for the shaking camara, it was the first time I took video with it!
