In case you didn't know, this is customer services week! So be nice if you call for customer service, I answer lots-o-mad calls and it makes the nice ones far and few between. When you're mad, remember, don't kill the messenger, more than likely it's not that persons fault! Venting is okay just try not to say 'you people...' too many times.
