COTTAGE CHEESE JELLO SALAD
3 c cottage cheese
16 oz Cool Whip
1 c drained pineapple tidbits
1 c drained mandrin oranges (I add 2cups yum)
1 pkg Jello (we use Orange)
Mix dry Jello with cottage cheese.
Add Cool Whip & fruit. Refrigerate before serving.

Dad's 59th Birthday
Thursday July 3rd was my Dad's birthday :) We had a little family party and set off some fireworks. It was fun and a good reason to have more Larson's banana cake! Yum!
Dogs at Work
So the company I work for lets us bring dogs to work on Fridays. There are limits, only three in the office at a time, must be current on shots, must be well trained etc....So I brought Mr Ben to work the last Friday in June. It was his first time and he did really well! He actually go tired of all the people wanting to pet him and decided sleeping under my desk was the best place to be.
It was fun and I think we'll do it again in a few weeks!
