Thank you!

Okay so it's taken me a few days to get to the birthday stuff, but hey, I'm growing something over here give me a break!
I received a bunch of e-cards that were very cute, thank you!

We had dinner at home with a bunch of family, my parents, sister and hubby, brother, grandma, Tim, Livvy and boys. We missed Laurie :( Hopefully you are feeling better by now!
We had really yummy chicken bisque soup, homemade rolls, and angel food cake with cherries.
George did a good job bargaining with Tristan to eat his soup while Tim was taking Livvy to work. He got Tristan to eat almost all of it just so he could have some juice! It was cute.
I got some wonderful presents! First of course, IT SNOWED! Yay! Super awesome and generous gifts included: A future trip to Saint Cupcake! A beautiful handpainted dish that I want to hang on the wall, need to get a dish hanger though. Some gardening gloves and spending money (I already spent some!). A pile of scratch its tickets :) I won $8! A special knife for dividing dahlia tubers, and ink pencil for writing on them, and a new dahlia, one that has huge (11") blooms! A new bottle of mango mandarin lotion that I've been hinting at ;) and another huge dahlia with red and yellow blooms! Whew!! Thank you Thank you all again!!
While I was opening things the boys, George/Galen/Julian/Tristan, were playing with the paper and making armor out of it, it was so funny! We were all suprised at how well Julian took to my brother in law Galen, playing with him, jumping on him, sitting in his lap etc, it was like having two Uncle Georges!
All in all it was a great day and fun to have everyone together. I was so tired the next day! And I still haven't cleaned up all the paper because the kitties are having fun playing with it now.

I was surprised at how well Galen was received too, but he's always had a way with kids. I look forward to those huge blooms!
